I was fortunate enough to join Alexis’s Total Wellbeing workshop. It was a very relaxing day working through different ways to be mindful, sharing our thoughts with other members of the group. We were fed nourishing food, and had times of meditation and movement through out the day. I walked away feeling lighter, and more focused on making sure I gave myself some time off during my busy work schedule each week.
