A soulful and immersive wellbeing experience, our events are designed to help you heal from stress and burnout, improve your mood and energy, and support you to create sustainable habits for a more balanced life. Surrounded by like-minded women who are all moving through similar struggles, you'll share experiences and insights and leave feeling deeply connected and heard.  You'll learn practical ways to manage stress, heal your body and regulate your nervous system for optimal wellbeing.

A one-day reset for those ready to nurture a better relationship with themselves, befriend their mind, and find inner calm. 

The retreat you ran was amazing!
