Cancellation Policy

Upon entering into 1:1 Wellbeing Coaching with Total Life Wellbeing, you agree to the following Terms. This agreement will begin upon acceptance. All fees are non-refundable and are due upon acceptance of this agreement. The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching or tele-coaching, as designed jointly with the client. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counselling, may address specific personal projects, businesses, or general conditions in the client's life or profession. The client and coach agree to provide each other as much notice as possible should a session need to be rescheduled. If a coaching session is cancelled by the coachee with less than 2 hours notice, the session will be forfeited. Confidentiality The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential. Coaching Relationship Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client. Results can be generated by the client only. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate that belief with the coach and take action to optimise the situation. Declaration I understand that I am working with Total Life Wellbeing for coaching at the agreed fee. Coaching is distinctly different from counselling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of mental health problems. Since coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. These fees may be considered deductible business expenses.
