THE STORY BEHIND THE CIRCLES
As caring professionals, finding time to release stress, tend to our own self-care, and connect meaningfully with others is crucial to both our longevity as practitioners, and our overall wellbeing.
Yet in this busy modern world, we can easily become isolated within the silos of our personal and professional lives - feeling disconnected and craving meaningful connection. It’s therefore so important that we build the relationships our hearts need to thrive.
Cue, our Practitioner Circles.
Led by our founder Alexis, these circles provide a virtual space where practitioners can regularly meet, connecting with one another and reconnecting back to themselves.
DETAILS
WHERE: Online via video conference
WHEN: Last Sunday of the month, 1pm - 2.30pm AWST
WHO: Anyone who works with people in the health and wellbeing space and/or supports others in their professional role.
PURPOSE: During each session, Alexis will use the neurobiology of relaxation and repair to help you experience the relaxation response in action. You'll learn about deep self-care and somatic recovery tools, and enjoy gentle yoga and meditation. Through the combination of these practices you'll enter a relaxed, yet energised state, allowing you to feel recharged and ready for the month ahead.
