What to Expect

Our wellbeing retreats are all about creating a space for you to relax and reconnect as you nurture your body, mind and spirit. In this retreat we’ll teach you the skills of mindful self-compassion and guide you through some simple techniques you can use to invite more joy, calm and ease into your life.  

Our retreats are all-inclusive and fully catered, including:

  • Nourishing food supplied by Hummingbird Cafe

  • Gentle yoga to help relieve tension and relax the body

  • Guided mindfulness meditation to calm the mind

  • Workshop on mindful self-compassion
