In this retreat we’ll teach you the skills of mindful self-compassion and guide you through some simple techniques you can use to invite more joy, calm and ease into your life.
Mindful self-compassion is a proven tool for improving wellbeing and has been shown to increase happiness, reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and improve resilience. It also makes us more motivated to practice self-care and look after ourselves well.
